Also known as Cripps Pink, bred in Western Australia in the 1970s. A cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams.
Distinctive pinkish-red blush over a greenish-yellow background.
Unique 'fizzy' burst of tartness followed by high sugar sweetness. Effervescent.
Very firm, dense, and crisp.
Versatile. Great for snacking, baking, and salads due to its non-browning qualities.
